Brad comes from a background specializing in web design and digital advertising with Berkshire Hathaway Media. Brad will take over all marketing programs at DreamDirt and expand the program that has made DreamDirt the choice of so many farmland and equipment sellers “Integrating Brad into our operation will provide exceptional support to our agents and auctioneers and it will further expose our listings to more people and with greater precision.” said Jason Smith, Broker and Auctioneer at DreamDirt Farm and Ranch Real Estate.

Brad began his duties with DreamDirt in February with an auction in Macksburg Iowa and will work from the Mondamin office where his duties will include advertising and marketing duties, as well as web design and other elements of DreamDirts marketing program. “We chose Brad from a field of candidates that included some very talented people. Brad stood out not only for his depth of knowledge but his passion for what he does was unequalled, we were thrilled to see his level of initiative and understanding of what we do as well as his suggestions for future growth” said Bradley.
