FARMLAND BUYERS RESOURCE
Many investors are always on the lookout for potential acquisitions and we are always looking for buyers to match farms too. We understand that its easy to look around the internet or newspapers for potential farms but if thats your strategy you are probably missing the best part of the market. You’ll be able to discover the retail farms available but you’ll often miss out on the distressed or quick sale farms, the off market farms with no advertising and even those we come across as a result of personal relationships where we know something is for sale but can not market it. At times we can estimate that 25-30% of the farms available are not advertised anywhere. We want to be able to match more buyers to these farms and would like you to be one of them. If you fill out the form below we will add you to what we call our “Daily Hot Sheet” so we can contact you with potential farmland acquisitions we learn of. We’ll send you all of our new listings as well as the off market opportunities that match your criteria that you might be interested in.
