Farmland Prices in Iowa:

DollarsAndDirt.com is the most comprehensive farmland prices website with current information focused on Iowa farmland prices and used by brokers, appraisers, auctioneers and land owners across the nation.  DollarsAndDirt was the original farmland prices website and differs from other self appraisal websites which generate computer calculated appraisals soley based on CSR values of farmland.  DollarsAndDirt keeps track of the average value stated in dollars per CSR2 point, average rent prices based on dollars per CSR2 point along with many other criteria related to farmland values in Iowa.

Center for Agricultural and Rural Development:

Iowa State University has developed their Iowa Farmland Values portal over the last 2 years to help find current and historical farmland values across the state of Iowa and and revolves around the ISU land values survey.

2016 Farmland Values Survey:

Iowa State University provides an annual report on Iowa farmland values.  This report comes out in December and includes a statewide survey of auctioneers, real estate brokers and farmers.  It measures attitudes and market conditions that are favorable and unfavorable to the land market.

1031 Exchanges of Farmland:

FARMLAND BUYERS RESOURCE
