Located 54 miles south of Springfield Missouri and 60 miles NE of Branson Missouri on Hwy. 5 North. This property has plenty of road frontage with easy access off Hwy. 5 as well as country road access off County Road 411. Property boasts 126 acres of irrigated pasture land. 

Hwy. 5 Frontage fields (approximately 15-20 acres ) produce 260 round bales weighing 640 pounds a bale. The fields are rich with an abundant variety of orchard grass, fescue,  timothy, bermuda, alfalfa, white clover, red clover. 

Heirloom apple, pear, plum, and peach trees in a small orchard near the home. 

The farm is irrigated with 2 wells. The second well services the 120 acre pasture land and was drilled in 1998 with 3800 feet of waterlines to maintain the 7 automatic heated watering tanks with shut off valves for livestock.
