160 Acres with 70 Acres Tillable and the Balance is a Creek and CRP. Overall PI is 60.3 and the tillable PI is 67.2. Located West of Devils Lake.

 

Two CRP contracts are in place:

28.08 Acres with Annual Payment of $1419, expires in 2024

32.90 Acres with Annual Payment of $1211, expires in 2019

 

Tillable was planted in barley last year with plans to plant beans this year. While viewing the farm several ducks were observed on the property and other wildlife sign including deer tracks.
