ADVANCE FARMLAND AUCTION NOTICE Floyd County Iowa:  Audrey R. Merfeld Revocable Trust farmland auction at Marble Rock Iowa.  Information will be updated at DreamDirt.com.  This farmland auction in Floyd County is in cooperation with Behr Farmland Auctions Paul C. Behr Auctioneer.

This live auction will be conducted as an in person auction with online bidding.  The live auction will be conducted by Behr Farmland Auctions Paul C. Behr Auctioneer with ringmen Ed Behr and Halie Behr and Clerks Dorothy DeVary, Rilla Arnold and Mindy Welling.

The Merfeld family purchased this farm in 1898 which was 119 years ago.  It's never been on the market in our lifetime.  This impressive Century Farm holds the ability to produce a stable steady income over a long period of time.
