The farm will be sold as 1 tract.  The bid multiplier will be 73.96.  This is less than the FSA farmland figures becasue of the small hold out owned by the United States of America.  You are not buying those acres.  Currently the tenant has farmed right through those acres but we make no promise as to possesion of those acres.  We are selling only the farmland owned by Edna Johannsen Estate which we believe is 73.96 acres.

Your bid will be multipled by only the net acres of 73.96 to arrive at your final bid price.  No survey will be conducted.
