Building is 7200 SF, 60x120 long.  Building has a front entry way with restrooms, bar area, kitchen, banquet area which used to be a gymnasium.  There is a stage on the north end with a basement underneath that used to be used as locker rooms.

The roof has a spray foam layer system that was added in the recent past years.  No known issues with the roof.

Heating and cooling system are aged but in working order. (3) furnaces and (2) central air roof top units.

No known plumbling issues.
