Non-refundable 10% deposit upon becoming the successful buyer to be held in the sellers attorney’s trust accounts until closing


Landlord possession will be granted at closing. The tenant pays rent in 2 parts so the seller will collect and keep 2016 rents. In turn the buyer will receive a cash credit at closing for $44,199 for 2016 rent and collect the full credit up front.
