This auction will be conducted in two parts. In the morning at 9am we will be on the farm to sell the equipment and calves. We will then be at the US Bank Meeting room at 2PM to sell the farmland. We have a good farm with outbuildings and cattle lot plus a mix of pasture and tillable acres to be sold. The new owner will get possession of the entire farm at closing. You can find photos of the farm below along with the pertinent documents to help you evaluate the farm.

Upon becoming the successful bidder you will place 10% Earnest Deposit with DreamDirt Farm & Ranch Real Estate LLC to be held until closing. This earnest deposit is non-refundable should you the buyer fail to close according to the terms and conditions of the auction.
This farm is located just north of Vinton Iowa on Highway 150, access to the farm is by hard surface state highway.
