Top Selling Farmland in Iowa
During the last week of July, O’Brien County, IA was the highest selling farm with 160 acres selling at $23,500/acre. Runner-up went to 116 acres in Story County, IA that sold for $20,000/acre by the auction method and had an 83.3 CSR2 which totals $240/CSR2. Third place goes to Dickinson County, IA 160 acres sold for $18,700/acre or $213.47/CSR2.
