Iowa Farmland Sales Summary

As you would expect this time of year, week 15 is pretty dull.  We are stuck in a really cold steak, soil temps won’t warm up, winter continues to linger with more snow this week and while the calendar says it is Spring Mother Nature isn’t paying much attention to “our plans” to get a crop planted this year.
