For the month of December, the price per acre average of land in Iowa is $12,657.13 per acre for tillable farmland, a slight decrease from prices in November. A year ago, the average price per acre was $145/acre higher at $12,802.71 per acre in December of 2022. Price Per CSR2 Point Iowa Farmland
The price per CSR2 point decrease $2 from November and is currently at $164.61/CSR2 point. Which is a few cents lower than it was a year ago at $164.84/CSR2.
