Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 73.37 acres in Sioux County, IA on December 8th north for Sioux Center, Iowa which sold for $24,000/acre. This farm had an 96.3 CSR2 resulting in a $249.22/CSR2 point.
Second place went to several tracts in Lyon County, Iowa. The three tracts of 80 acres a piece sold for a range of $23,450 – $21,700/acre.
