Land Report is the magazine of the American Landowner and is printed 4 times per year. Land Report provides news, information and insight into land ownership in the USA and really is a one of a kind resource for land owners, land investors and reporters that rely on the publication for information and statistics.

DreamDirt was first conceived over a decade ago and was originally a blog about land ownership and my experiences as a land salesman and auctioneer. As the blogs popularity grew I saw the opportunity to turn DreamDirt into a full blown real estate brokerage and auction firm. We began the planing for that in 2011 creating the branding and first version of the listing website. In 2013 we filed our LLC in the State of Iowa and DreamDirt was granted its real estate firm license in September 2013. DreamDirt turned 4 years old in 2017 and made the list of top auction houses in just 4 years along side 7 other tenured land brokers and auction houses that have a combined business history totaling in the hundreds of years. We were very proud to be named among these fine brokers and auction firms and it is a great testament that DreamDirt is on the right path to providing exactly what we set out to provide for our buyer and seller clients.
DreamDirt always works hard to ensure we are the best cheerleaders for our clients and provide exceptional far ranging advertising for our seller clients but we enjoy a great relationship with a superb growing buyer network that has supported DreamDirt in many different ways. As the auction experience changes with modern times DreamDirt has been out front testing, evaluating and implementing the newest technologies and methods available today and at times creating new ways for sellers to expose their properties and engage buyers across the nation.
