DreamDirt Opens New Agricultural Marketplace Auction Facility in Onawa, Iowa
ONAWA, Iowa (October 14, 2016) DreamDirt has announced the opening of a new Agricultural Marketplace auction facility at 1515 S 10th Street in Onawa Iowa to serve farmers, livestock producers, manufacturers, construction companies along with government and financial institutions by providing an auction marketplace for the buying and selling of agricultural assets and heavy equipment. This dedicated 4 1/2 acre facility will serve clients across the Upper Midwest region including local clients.
“We searched for a location that would accommodate our operations and clients along the I-29 corridor and Onawa offers an optimal location in the region with easy access to Interstate and points beyond” said Jason Smith, CAI who is a partner at DreamDirt as well as a real estate broker and auctioneer. DreamDirt Farm and Ranch Real Estate, LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage and auction company specializing in the marketing and sale of agricultural assets. DreamDirt’s real estate headquarters was established in Mondamin Iowa when DreamDirt was founded and now operates across the entire Midwest providing services to clients ranging from estate executors to financial institutions.
DreamDirt operates an Agricultural Marketplace auction in Winterset Iowa which provides regular monthly agricultural auctions and 2 large farm machinery actions in the Spring and Fall. “We have been able to provide a solution for farmers and livestock producers that have a solid and dedicated marketing platform once a month. They know when they need to turn something into cash whether its a tractor or hay crop we’ll be here for them.” said Tom Bradley the lead auctioneer at DreamDirt and manager of the Winterset location. “The same goes for buyers, if its January and they need hay they have a place to go get it rather than searching all over for it.”
“It seems today people have so many options for selling assets. Bringing value through our professional knowledge and skill makes a difference for those that choose to use our services. We’ve built our platform to be a complete and total solution that offers wide ranging exposure for sellers and a simple easy buying experience for buyers” says Smith. “From our website at DreamDirt.com, our social media, email and SMS lists to our bidding app for smartphones and tables we’ve built in the things and work effectively and quickly. We take advantage of the tried and true old fashioned auction marketing and employ the best of todays digital technologies” he said.
DreamDirt has worked to improve efficiencies in advertising agricultural assets for sale and transforming the process of buying and selling using a highly trained team of professional auctioneers and land brokers that truly understand farm economics. “Building and scaling a high quality sales team that can foster relationships with our agricultural community and provide solutions for their problems helps their farm operations prosper”
DreamDirt’s Agricultural Marketplace in Onawa welcomes all types of agricultural assets and heavy equipment, hay, and farm goods where a seller might sell a single item or an entire estate. The first auction will be held at the Onawa facility on November 30, 2016 at 10AM. “Over the next few months we will be looking at making improvements at the location including some gravel fill on the lot as well as hiring new sales reps and auction day labor in the area” says Smith.
Bradley says “with the technology and reach of DreamDirt the sky is the limit on what we can market. Farmers will understand Precision Agriculture. Today in the marketing world our new digitals tools are much the same, Precision Marketing if you will. We can precisely apply advertising to the exact area or people we choose and thats an extremely powerful option because both buyers and sellers win when we can more frequently match a sellers asset to an end user avoiding the wholesale process”
