If the buyer intends to live in the home they will be responsible for any septic upgrades if required by time of transfer inspection. All bids are cash bids with no contingencies. Buyers agrees to transfer all CRP contracts to their name within 30 days of closing. The seller will not participate in any CRP buy out. This auction INCLUDES A 2% Buyers Fee which will be added to your final bid to arrive at the contract price. The buyer will put down 5% earnest deposit the day of the auction and pay the balance at closing. The buyer must sign a purchase agreement the day of the auction.
