Each sealed bid must include a completed Bid Sheet with name, address, and phone number, and a check for $10,000 made out to AgVisors Trust Account.

BIDS: Sealed bids must be received on or before Tuesday, August 14, 2018, 5:00 p.m. at AgVisors 110 E. 7th Ave. Redfield, South Dakota 57469. Each sealed bid must include a completed Bid Sheet with name, address and phone number, and a check for $10,000 made out to AgVisors Trust Account. Only successful bidders’ check(s) will be deposited, upon signing the purchase agreement. Each bid envelope must be sealed and have “MCPHERSON BID” written across the back of the envelope. CONDITIONS: Buyer(s) will have the ability to farm for the 2019 growing season. All parcels advertised by AgVisors LLC for sale are sold ‘As-Is’ and seller does not accept contingencies of any kind.
