This is a Timed Online Auction. You will have from now till 2PM on June 12th to place your bids. If you are unable to bid online please contact Rachel Hoy at 515-954-8063 to make arrangements to place bids offline. Property is selling as-is where-is.

Home buyers NOTE. If you have never purchased a home at auction you will find it is a very easy experience. In the Terms and Conditions, it says "Bids are cash bids with no financing contingency". This DOES NOT MEAN you can not use bank financing, you absolutely can use bank financing to buy the home and we will work with your bank for the closing. It does mean that as you bid you are bidding as if you are paying cash for the property, you are guaranteeing that you will close and if you can not get the financing you will still be obligated to close. It is always smart to get pre-approved by a bank prior to bidding on the property. You will be required to pay the earnest deposit the day of the auction, we can not hold checks, they must be deposited into our Trust Account immediately. You should also know you are bidding on the property AS IS WHERE IS meaning you will responsible for any updates required to close the transaction. This will include the septic system. You will be financially responsible for all updates. You must satisfy yourself as to the condition of the home prior to bidding.
