A year ago, the average price per acre was $526.30/acre higher at $12,015.81 per acre in February of 2022. Price Per CSR2 Point Iowa Farmland
The price per CSR2 point decreased $15.77 from January and is currently at $152.87/CSR2 point. Which is a $7 lower than it was a year ago at $159.86/CSR2.
