In February we saw 8,100.98 acres sold at auction and an increase in March selling 12,253.73 acres of farmland. The price per CSR2 point increased $4 from February and is currently at $156.72/CSR2 point. Which is a $12.47 lower than it was a year ago at $169.19/CSR2.
