Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 126 acres in Plymouth County, IA which sold on April 3rd. The farm was located South of Le Mars, Iowa, and sold for $18,150/acre. This farm had an 76 CSR2 resulting in a $238.82/CSR2 point.
