Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 76 acres in Benton County, IA on December 16th Southeast of Dysart, Iowa which sold for $21,300/acre. This farm had a 94.8 CSR2 resulting in a $225/CSR2 point.
Second place went to Plymouth County, Iowa. A tract of 79.53 acres sold for $21,000/acre located Northeast of Lemars, IA. Has an 86.8 CSR2 which totals $241.94/CSR2.
