Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 80 acres in Lyon County, IA which sold on March 28th. The farm was located North of Inwood, Iowa, and sold for $20,400/acre. This farm had an 68.5 CSR2 resulting in a $297.81/CSR2 point.
The next highest-selling farm went to Sac County, Iowa. This 40-acre 94% tillable farm sold for $18,100/acre located North of Odeboldt, Iowa has an 95.2 CSR2 which totals $190/CSR2. This farm was sold by a live auction and online auction on March 27th
