There was a total of 18 tillable farmland auctions that happened this week in Iowa. A total of 2,511.96 acres were sold. The average price per acre for the 18 auctions is $11,831/acre and $155.19/CSR2 point.
Top Selling Farms
The top selling farm was 85.46 acres in Osceola County, Iowa near Melvin, IA. It sold for $20,600/acre and has a 97.2 CSR2 rating which came out to be $211.93/CSR2 point!
Second place is 88 acres in Dickinson County, Iowa near Milford which sold for $18,000/acre or $200.89/CSR2 point.
Also in the $200+/CSR2 club this week is 80 acres in Franklin County near Iowa Falls that sold for $17,300/acre or $206.44/CSR2.
