Recent Land Sales in Iowa

A total of 2,349.70 acres were sold from August 6th-12th in Iowa. The average price per acre across the 21 farmland auctions is $13,326.67 and $170.51/CSR2.

The top selling farm was 154.62 acres in Plymouth County selling at $20,100/acre. A farm in Franklin county sold for $17,000/acre for 132.70 acres and several auctions resulted in the $15,000/acre range.
