Top Selling Farms in Iowa

This week’s top-selling farm was 80 acres in Clay County, IA sold on January 6th. The farm was located South of Royal, Iowa. This farm sold for $21,700/acre. This farm had a 97 CSR2 resulting in a $223.71/CSR2 point by live and online auction at the Royal Community Center in Royal, Iowa.

Second place went to Marshall County, Iowa. This 120.48 acres sold for $13,200/acre located North of Marshalltown, IA. Has an 89.5 CSR2 which totals $147.49/CSR2. This farm sold by live and online auction at the Liscomb Community Center in Liscomb, IA on January 5th, 2023.
