Iowa Farmland Prices October 8-14th, 2022

There were 18 tillable farmland auctions that happened this week in Iowa. A total of 1,656.56 acres were sold. The average price per acre for the 18 auctions is $11,594.44/acre which is up from the previous week and $147.76/CSR2 point. Learn more about CSR2.

$26,250/acre Farm Sold in Plymouth County, IA

The top selling farm was 55.6 acres in Plymouth County, IA. This farm sold for $26,250/acre has a 91.7 CSR2 which resulted in a $286/CSR2 point.

Second place was for 80 acres in Pocahontas County, Iowa which sold for $14,400/acre or $1671/CSR2.

Third place went to Ida County, Iowa. This 145.46 acre farm with 89 CSR2 sold for $14,350/acre or $161.24/CSR2 point
