Top Selling Farms in Iowa
The top selling farm was 161.48 acres in O’Brien County, IA southwest of Sanborn, Iowa. This farm sold for $23,800/acre has a 93.7 CSR2 which resulted in a $254/CSR2 point.
Second place went to Clay County, Iowa. This 54.48-acre farm near Spencer, Iowa with 96.8 CSR2 sold for $22,850/acre or $236/CSR2 point
The third was for 200.44 acres North of Grundy Center, Iowa along HWY 20 in Grundy County, Iowa which sold for $20,900/acre or $234/CSR2.
