Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 73.43 acres in Tama County, IA which sold on January 24th. The farm was located Southwest of Dysart, Iowa, and sold for $21,000/acre. This farm had an 90.9 CSR2 resulting in a $231.02/CSR2 point by live and online auction.
The highest dollars per CSR2 point went to Lyon County, Iowa. This 80.71-acre 96% tillable farm sold for $20,000/acre located North of Doon, IA has a 67.6 CSR2 which totals $295.86/CSR2. This farm was sold by a live auction and online auction at the farm location. The farm was split into two tract and tract two sold higher than tract 1. Tract 1 was 80.6 acres which sold for $18,1000/acre or $266.96/CSR2
