Iowa Auctioneer Receives Top Honors That Less Than 1% of Auctioneers Worldwide Have Achieved

Bloomington, Indiana,  March 24, 2016– Agricultural Auctioneer, Jason Smith of DreamDirt Farm and Ranch Real Estate, LLC based in Mondamin, Iowa has successfully completed an extensive three year executive education program and has earned the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) Education Institute’s honored Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation.  Smith joins an exclusive group as there were only an approximate 900 current CAI designation holders in the world as of February 2016.

The CAI designation is the absolute pinnacle of education in the auction profession and is the most respected education program in the country for Auctioneers.  Less than 1% of auctioneers worldwide have achieved the CAI status. The CAI program is an executive developmental program offering coursework in business management, ethics, finance, investing, communication, strategic planning and marketing.  CAI designation holders are among the nations most effective and successful auctioneers.

Since 1976, the nation’s most distinguished and respected leaders in the auction industry and university professors provide instruction to CAI students for an intense three year executive program.  Smith completed extensive projects in addition to the classroom instruction which was completed at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Smith will be honored by his peers and fellow graduates in an official graduation ceremony at the National Auctioneers Association annual Conference and Show held in Grand Rapids, Michigan this July.

Smith is the founding partner, principal auctioneer and real estate broker for DreamDirt Farm & Ranch Real Estate, LLC which operates across the entire state of Iowa and into other Midwestern states.   Smith leads the entire DreamDirt real estate and auction team managing and overseeing the sale of all client assets.  The company specializes in the marketing and sale of Agricultural Assets including farm machinery, farmland, recreational properties, real estate and commercial agri-businesses including extensive work with farm estates, farm retirements and farm operation downsizing.

DreamDirt offers a myriad of services to sell agricultural assets including real estate listings, real estate and land auctions, machinery auctions, livestock auctions.  DreamDirt has become a leader in the process of online bidding offering sellers the opportunity to reach a much larger buying pool when they sell their assets.  DreamDirt also conducts a one of a kind simulcast online farm equipment consignment auction every 6-8 weeks online offering producers and dealers the opportunity to offer 1 or more items via the DreamDirt national advertising network.

In 2015 DreamDirt’s real estate brokerage processed transactions for over 8900 acres of farmland.  DreamDirt’s auction firm has received 11 state and national auction marketing awards including #1 Auction Company website in the nation in 2015.  Smith joins only 8 other auctioneers in Iowa with the coveted CAI designation.   To learn more about Jason Smith, CAI, please contact his office at (712)592-8965 or email [email protected]   You can also visit www.DreamDirt.com or find our introduction page and see samples of DreamDirt’s advertising DreamDirt: Let us Introduce Ourselves.
