Iowa auctioneer trains with the best at Certified Auctioneers Institute
Jason Smith is enrolled in the auction profession’s premiere education program.
[Mondamin, IA] Auctioneer Jason Smith, of DreamDirt Farm & Ranch Real Estate, recently completed his second year of courses at the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). The CAI program is the industry’s premier training program developed by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) for auction professionals.
The three-year CAI designation program provides auction professionals the opportunity to earn the auction industry’s most respected professional designation. CAI is an intensive, executive development program offering professional auctioneers instruction and coursework in business management, ethics, communication, finance, strategic planning and marketing.
The NAA conducts CAI every year in March at Indiana University in Bloomington. CAI candidates join auctioneers from across the world to learn from some of the nation’s most distinguished and respected leaders in the auction industry.
As of December 2014, there were only 961 current CAI designation holders in the world.
Smith began his career in farmland real estate sales in 2006 after a long career as a law enforcement officer. Since that time his wife Nicole has been brought in to the business full time as well as many other real estate agents and auctioneers. Smith is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and the Professional Ringman’s Institute. He is a licensed real estate broker as well as professional auctioneer. Smith’s success and specialization in farm assets has been the model DreamDirt was founded on and quickly become a leader in the marketing of farm assets and estates across Iowa.
Smith resides near Mondamin, Iowa with wife Nicole and their children. To learn more about Jason Smith and DreamDirt, please call 855-376-3478, email [email protected] or visit www.DreamDirt.com
