What Is The Seminar About?

Thinking about selling land? We will hold a Land Seller Seminar at our Mason City Facility (or online) on July 24th. Free Dinner will be included with the event starting at 5PM. The seminar will last around 2 hours. DreamDirt Auctioneers along with guest speakers will present the latest information on farmland sales across the region as well as discuss todays’ best practices for selling land. We will answer common questions land sellers are curious about as well as describe the process of selling by auction or listing. The seminar will include demonstrations of our online bidding platform, mock auctions, cutting edge advertising options available to today’s land sellers, and how to maximize the value of your farm and achieve a top-of-the-market offer. Steve Johnson, Iowa State Extension Farm Management Specialist, will be giving an Iowa Land Value Update!

BONUS MATERIAL: We won’t leave out machinery for those that need a total liquidation solution. The seminar will cover complete liquidation of a farm including personal property sales as well.

The live seminar held at our Mason City location will be limited to 25 participants. You may register more than one person if you are a family unit with multiple decision makers.
