Tract 1 – From Marshalltown, head south on IA-14 S/Reed Ave for 3.4 miles, then turn right onto 280th St. Continue for 3.2 miles, then turn left onto Newby Ave. Continue for 2.4 miles. The farm will be on your left. Watch for signs.

Tract 2 – From Marshalltown, head south on IA-14 S/Reed Ave for 3.4 miles, then turn right onto 280th St. Continue for 4.2 miles, then turn left onto Marsh Ave. Continue for 3 miles. Turn left onto the wind turbine access road and continue for 0.5 miles. You will be at the SW corner of the farm. Watch for signs.
