On August 29, 2019 our team traveled to Wall Lake, IA for the Margaret A Boes Living Revocable Trust Auction. We were extremely fortunate the Boes Family trusted us to represent them in the auction of the Boes Family Farm.

Mary Boes, the executor for the Margaret A Boes Living Revocable Trust, began researching her options back in January 2019 upon her mother’s passing.

We saw a huge turnout for auction day- From the tenant, neighbors, older folks and younger folks, to farmers!

“I just felt like everybody was very respectful and honored the process,” Mary Boes stated.

We sold both tracts of land. The first tract was 78 acres in Sac County, Iowa. This sold for $9,792 an acre or $763,776. This tract had an impressive 89.2 CSR2 rating which results in $109.77/CSR2 point value. The second tract, 120 acres located in Crawford County, Iowa sold for $6,732 an acre or $807,840. With a CSR2 rating of 78.6, this tract had an $85.64/CSR2 point value.
