Rachel Tiffany is a farm girl from Dallas County, Iowa. She is also a graduate of Iowa State University, where she received a Bachelor’s in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Business. She is a licensed real estate broker assistant, auctioneer, and farmland agent in Iowa and managing broker and auctioneer in Illinois specializing in the sale of farm, land, and rural residential real estate. However, she also has a strong interest in valuations and appraisal of rural farmland properties.
Rachel has also been a part of our support staff since 2018 and helps coordinate all of our online and live auctions. She assists our team of farm auctioneers and agents in every way possible to help grow and succeed at DreamDirt. Rachel enjoys communicating with our farmland sellers to make sure they are stress-free and educated on the farmland selling journey. Currently, Rachel lives in Dunlap, IA with her husband – Bryce, son – McCoy, and golden retriever – Dude. She recently became a land broker assistant to further educate herself and help better serve her clients and the DreamDirt team. She is also a graduate of the National Auctioneers Association Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) school in March 2023. Her favorite things to do are travel back to her family’s farm in Dallas County on the weekends and check on their cow/calf herd, ride four-wheelers, hang out with family and friends and talk about farmland prices and agriculture.
