Check out this nice 3 bedroom, 1 bath cozy home, nestled on almost 20 acres. This home has been maintained very well, is very clean, smoke free and pet free. Home had a new roof installed in 2019, and a new sewer system was just installed, as well as a fresh coat of paint on the siding. The tillable land could be used for pasture, hay, crp or food plots. It has just enough timber to offer some really nice hunting opportunities. Located just a couple miles north of the growing Fort Madison area, and just a 1/4 mile off a hard surface road. For a private showing of this beautiful property, please give us a call.
