Farmland Sale Prices Across Iowa

As the Farmland Auction season heads for full swing we see farmland prices holding strong across the entire state. Dollars per CSR2 point this month held a wide range from $43 to $179 a point. There were 14 results breaking the $100 per CSR2 point level this month. The average farmland auction sale result dollars per CSR2 point was $96.04 for the month of October. The average last month in September was $100.44 and the average for August 2016 was $98.43.
