This week’s top-selling farm was 153.42 acres in Muscatine County, IA which sold on May 3rd. The farm is located West of Muscatine, Iowa, and sold for $12,941/acre. This farm had a 84.7 CSR2 resulting in a $152.79/CSR2 point and is 94.55% tillable.
The second farm that sold this week went to 118 acres in Keokuk County, Iowa which sold on May 5th for $10,800/acre. CSR2 rating of this tract of land is 64.8 which totals to be $166.67/csr2.
