This week’s top-selling farm is 76.70 acres in Black Hawk County, IA which sold on July 13th. This farm is located West of Cedar Falls, Iowa and sold for $19,400/acre. The CSR2 rating of the farm is 92.4 which totals to be $209.96/CSR2 point on this 100% tillable farm.
The second highest selling farm that sold this week went to 153.46 acres of farmland in Butler County, Iowa which sold on July 14th for $15,476/acre. CSR2 rating on this farm is 89.3 which totals to be $173.30/CSR2 on a 99% tillable farm.
