How much is farmland in Iowa currently worth?
This week’s top-selling farm went to 80 acres in Poweshiek County. This farm was sold by auction on October 18th for $20,500/acre. Soil rating on this farm is 91.3 CSR2 which calculates to be $224.53/CSR2 point.
The second highest selling farm that sold this week went to 90 acres in Black Hawk County. This high quality farm sold for $14,200/acre and has a 88.1 CSR2 which calculates to be $161.18/CSR2.
