Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 40 acres in Madison County, IA on December 30th sold by us, DreamDirt Farm and Ranch Real Estate, LLC. The farm was located North of Winterset, Iowa and was tract 7 out of 8 tracts of 830 acres acution in Adair, Dallas, and Madison Counties. This tract sold for $16,050/acre. This farm had a 90.9 CSR2 resulting in a $176.57/CSR2 point by timed online only auction.
Second place went to Hardin County, Iowa. This 79 acres sold for $15,300/acre located Southwest of Eldora, IA. Has an 86.20 CSR2 which totals $2177.49/CSR2. This farm sold by live and online auction at Radcliff American Legion in Radcliffe, Iowa.
Third place went to Iowa County Northwest of Keswick, Iowa.
