Top Selling Farms in Iowa
This week’s top-selling farm was 71.25 acres in Chickasaw County, IA which sold on March 14th. The farm was located East of New Hampton, Iowa, and sold for $20,000/acre. This farm had an 89 CSR2 resulting in a $2224.72/CSR2 point.
The next highest-selling farm went to Chickasaw County, Iowa. This 158-acre 99% tillable farm sold for $17,000/acre located East of New Hampton, Iowa has an 85.8 CSR2 which totals $198/CSR2. This farm was sold by a live auction and online auction on March 14th.
